Farm Fresh Eggs from our local farm arrive unwashed, retaining their natural protective bloom, allowing them to stay fresh for approximately two weeks after laying without refrigeration, and significantly longer when refrigerated. Each carton is stamped with the date laid. Our hens produce a beautiful variety of natural shell colours including blue, olive, brown, and white.
